Understanding your Auto Posting sheet

Before getting started, open your ChatYouAI Google Sheet. Make sure that you have your auto posting sheet/tab filled out with content. It should have a ‘Text’ column and a ‘Posted’ column, similar to the sheet in this image below.

The ‘Text’ column contains the content that will be posted. The ‘Posted’ column contains either the word ‘ready’ or the word ‘done’.

Ready

• This means that the content in the ‘Text’ column is ready to be posted.
• You will type or paste “ready” into the ‘Posted’ column as you fill the ‘Text’ column with your content.

Done

• This means that the content in the Text column has already been posted.
• The word “ready” is automatically updated to “done” when a scenario runs and auto posts your content.

Navigating to the scenario

1. Login to Make.com
2. **Select “**Scenarios” ****from the left navigation pane.
3. On the All scenarios page, click the “+ Create a New Scenario” button in the top right corner.
